Job Summary
The Fill Crew Associate plays a key role in ensuring that products are transported from the warehouse to the sales floor efficiently. This role involves constant handling of merchandise that varies in weight from light to heavy throughout the shift.

Responsibilities
Stock shelves and merchandise display areas neatly and safely.
Ensure inventory accuracy and report low stock levels.
Complete necessary paperwork on a daily basis.
Execute retail tasks efficiently (e.g., stocking, labeling, facing, cleaning).
Place product and overstock in appropriate locations.
Report stolen and damaged goods to management.
Assist in pricing and verify price labels.
Help organize the warehouse as needed.
Dispose of garbage and cardboard.
Comply with health and safety regulations.
Requirements / Skills
No experience required – all training will be provided.
Available to work shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).
Handle physical demands: stand/walk for 8 hours, lift and carry items, use ladder, twist, turn, and reach.
Strong computer and organizational skills.
Result‑oriented.
Problem‑solving and adaptability in challenging situations.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Forklift and/or scissor lift certification is a plus.
