• Welcome all customers and set expectations
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses
• Act as a leader in optical acumen
• Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions
• Use technology accurately under time pressure, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and use of appropriate tools
• Proactively explore root causes of issues, forward-thinking to ensure customers are satisfied and expectations exceeded, solution‑driven
• Multi‑task, prioritize and manage time with competing priorities
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies
• Maintain store appearance, keep store clean, attractive and organized
• Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices
• Resourceful and self‑motivated with a desire for continual learning, improvement and results
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions and inventory management

• High School graduate or equivalent
• State Licensure
• Optical dispensing experience
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener and team builder
• Knowledge of current store merchandise
• Strong basic math skills
• Awareness of current fashion trends
• Sales skills – ability to use and carry an iPAD/tablet
• Familiarity with POS, computers and calculators
• Embrace new technology and change

• Previous customer service and retail experience

USD 27.49 – 38.31 per hour
