• Directly manage Assistant Managers and Store Associates

• Oversee merchandising and sales promotions

• Act as Manager on Duty setting high standards

• Recruit, train, and coach new associates

• Manage payroll budget and scheduling effectively

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

• Experience with scheduling and reporting software

• Occasional travel may be necessary
