Retail Team Leader Position Available

Become a Retail Team Leader and support daily operations at our store. This role focuses on leading associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and effective merchandising.

As a Team Leader, you will collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to manage retail activities effectively. Leading and supervising associates while maintaining visual merchandising and inventory management is key. This role requires addressing customer issues, ensuring safety, and handling cash management duties to contribute to store success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise store associates effectively

• Manage daily store merchandising and inventory tasks

• Ensure high customer service standards are upheld

• Conduct manager-on-duty responsibilities as needed

• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly

Requirements:

• At least one year of retail experience

• 1–2 years in a supervisory role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Open availability for various shifts

• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
