In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Store Manager and focus on maximizing store profitability. Your main tasks include managing stockroom operations, processing shipments, replenishing sales floors, and fulfilling eCommerce orders. Cultivating optimal inventory practices will be essential for maintaining our brand standards and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the stockroom effectively

• Process shipments and replenish sales floor inventory

• Fulfill eCommerce orders accurately and efficiently

• Maintain visual presentation standards in the store

• Support markdowns and merchandising activities

Requirements:

• High school diploma

• 6 months experience in retail inventory management

• Passion for fashion and strong customer orientation

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
