As an Asset Protection & Safety Business Partner, you will implement comprehensive safety and loss prevention strategies essential for Pet Smart’s operations. Collaborating with district leaders, you will serve as Incident Commander during crisis situations while analyzing safety data to recommend improvements. Your interaction with store teams will drive compliance and training across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety culture initiatives and support regional leaders

• Conduct regular assessments of store safety protocols

• Serve as Incident Commander during critical incidents

• Analyze safety data and drive actionable improvements

• Educate teams on loss prevention best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred

• 3-5 years experience in safety or asset protection

• Strong analytical and leadership skills

• Proficient in communication across various levels

• Preferred certifications include LPC, LPQ or CFI
