Position: Security Floater for First Service Residential

As a Security Floater, you will support client needs by offering information and maintaining safety protocols within properties. You will need to manage various responsibilities effectively while ensuring a calm demeanor under pressure. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a dynamic work environment with varying shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and clarify resident needs and answer inquiries

• Conduct routine patrols and maintain accessibility standards

• Manage safety and access control procedures

• Maintain guest privacy and uphold organizational reputation

• Enforce regulations and assist emergency services as needed

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Ontario Security License

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• College courses in Business or Security beneficial

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and remain standing for long periods

• Effective verbal communication for client interaction
