Security Concierge

Position: Security Concierge ON
Become a key part of First Service Residential as a Security Concierge in Burlington, ON. This role focuses on resident assistance, maintaining security protocols, and delivering exceptional customer service.

In this self-motivated position, you will manage resident inquiries and ensure safety across the property. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You’ll provide service that enhances resident satisfaction while maintaining the organization's reputation for quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with information and service needs

• Manage and screen messages for effective communication

• Enforce safety and access control procedures

• Provide routine property patrols and respond to emergencies

• Update job knowledge and participate in training opportunities

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License mandatory

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities
