Health and Safety Advisor GTA

Cobalt Safety seeks a talented Health and Safety Advisor for field-based work in the GTA. With 3-5 years of experience in safety management, you will conduct inspections, lead incident investigations, and formulate safety programs tailored to client requirements. This role demands excellent communication skills while ensuring compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate comprehensive on-site safety programs for various industries

• Conduct systematic workplace inspections and safety assessments

• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions

• Develop training materials and safety communication tools

• Provide emergency response support across client sites

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in safety and project site management

• Valid Driver's License for travel to client worksites

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
