This Security Guard and Loss Prevention Officer role focuses on preventing intrusions, detecting suspicious activity, and maintaining facility order. You will patrol assigned areas, operate surveillance systems, respond to alarms, and prepare reports. The position also includes assisting visitors and employees while following security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol assigned areas for suspicious activity
Operate CCTV and other surveillance equipment
Respond to alarms and investigate security incidents
Enforce facility rules and safety regulations
Prepare daily activity and incident reports
Requirements:
Mandatory Use of Force Certification for physical arrests
Familiarity with CCTV monitoring techniques
Strong observation and sustained alertness during long shifts
Calm decision-making during stressful situations
Physical fitness and ability to stand extended periods
Use tactical vigilance, CCTV expertise, and loss prevention skills to help maintain safety across Burlington facilities and assigned areas.
