Permanency Worker for Children & Youth

In this Full Time position, you'll play a vital role in ensuring children and youth in care receive appropriate services. Your responsibilities will include developing care plans, maintaining meaningful relationships, and collaborating with families and community partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and review care and permanency plans

• Ensure compliance with legislative and Agency policies

• Support placement stability through collaboration

• Coordinate resources for emotional and educational needs

• Document court proceedings related to permanency planning

Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in human services with three years of experience

• Experience in child welfare systems considered an asset

• Proficient in relevant computer applications

• Valid Driver’s License and transport required

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
