Waste Collection Front End Driver Position

Emterra Group is hiring a Front End Driver in Burlington, ON, to handle waste and recycling collection efficiently. This full-time role features great pay and a supportive work environment.

As a Front End/Roll Off Driver, you will be responsible for operating collection vehicles to ensure the proper disposal of waste materials. This role demands physical strength, independence, and effective communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate front-end and roll-off waste collection vehicles

• Safely navigate and park in limited clearance areas

• Remove trash from around the truck and containers

• Engage with supervisors regarding operational issues

• Adhere to safety guidelines in all work practices

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario AZ/DZ driver’s licence with a clear abstract

• At least one year of front end or roll off driving experience

• Must be ready for long shifts up to 9.5 hours

• Strong customer service skills

• Able to lift 50lbs frequently
