FedEx Casual Flex Driver

Become a Casual Flex Driver with Fed Ex Canada, delivering packages while providing exceptional customer service and enjoying flexible scheduling. Weekend availability is required.

Fed Ex Canada is looking for Casual Flex Drivers to handle specific delivery routes effectively. This role requires a valid Class 5 driver's license, solid time management, and the physical capability to lift 70 lbs. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to operate under pressure while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review customer orders before dispatching deliveries

• Load and unload packages consistently and safely

• Navigate delivery routes efficiently and timely

• Deliver exceptional service to each customer

• Adhere to regulatory and operational driving standards

Requirements:

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

• Valid full G or Class 5 driver's license is essential

• Bilingual (French and English) if located in Quebec

• One year of customer service experience is advantageous

• Must successfully complete pre-placement driver assessments
