Position Summary
As a Logistics Clerk, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy and security. You will work in a safety-conscious environment, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

Essential Functions

Inspect, receive, and store incoming materials securely and accurately.

Follow security procedures for receiving and shipping goods.

Perform inventory transactions in the ERP system.

Control vault access and provide timely service to other departments.

Handle daily mailing duties, including sorting, labeling, and tracking mail.

Investigate and resolve shipping, mailing, and receiving issues.

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.

Promote team harmony and support HSE and S culture.

Report unsafe acts and participate in HSE and security training.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent with good math skills.

Working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong work ethic, responsibility, and confidentiality.

Ability to lift boxes up to lbs and operate material handling equipment (training provided).

Reliable transportation is required due to the work schedule.

Preferences

Experience with ERP systems.

Prior experience working in a team environment.

Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
