- Pay Rate: $21.00/hour up to $22.50/hour after training period

- Safely operate Crown Reach/ Raymond forklifts to pick, place, and retrieve pallets at various racking heights
- Transport, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
- Perform accurate put-away, replenishment, and product rotation
- Use RF scanners or pick lists to locate, scan, and process orders
- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments with high accuracy
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring proper load securement
- Complete daily pre-trip inspections on all forklifts
- Follow all warehouse safety rules, SOPs, and PPE requirements
- Ensure safe operation in aisles, around pedestrians, and near racking systems
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards promptly
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
- Assist shipping, receiving, and general warehouse functions as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Valid Crown Reach forklift certification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating reach trucks and/or order picker forklifts
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the entire shift
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a team
- Safety-first mindset
- Strong spatial awareness
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
