Fork Lift Operator - Order Picker​/Walkie​/Warehouse

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Order Picker / Walkie Operator to join our client's warehouse team in Mississauga, ON. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a team. You'll be responsible for accurate order picking using order picker forklifts and walkie equipment, while also supporting general warehouse operations to keep things running smoothly.

• Pay Rate: $20.75/hour
• Location: Mississauga, ON
• Schedule: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Responsibilities:
Order Picking & Equipment Operation

• Pick and prepare orders using an order picker forklift and walkie equipment
• Use RF scanners or pick lists to locate and verify products
• Ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment

Material Handling & Warehouse Support

• Load, move, and stage materials within the warehouse
• Assist with palletizing, wrapping, and preparing shipments
• Support shipping/receiving and replenishment tasks

Shared Warehouse Duties

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist team members with general warehouse tasks as needed
• Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and company policies

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid certification for Order Picker and Walkie equipment
• At least 1 year experience using order picker/walkie equipment
• Previous warehouse or order picking experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Safety-first mindset with good spatial awareness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
