What You’ll Do

Forklift Operations:
Safely load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
Material Handling:
Stage inventory accurately, handle stock put-aways, and prepare orders for shipment
Warehouse Support:
Maintain a clean workspace, follow facility safety protocols, and assist with inventory checks

Responsibilities
Inventory Handling:
Safely move, stack, and retrieve stock with high accuracy
Dock Operations:
Load and unload trailers efficiently to maintain fast dock flow
Order Fulfillment:
Pick orders and replenish stock to keep operations running smoothly
Equipment Maintenance:
Complete daily pre-shift inspections to ensure equipment safety
Safety & Compliance:
Strictly adhere to facility protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace
Team

Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to meet daily output and production goals

Qualifications

Certifications:

Active license for Counterbalance, Order picker, Dock Stocker, Reach, or Walkie machinery
Safety Record:
Proven track record of safe operation in high-volume environments
Reliability:
Strong attendance history and consistent daily punctuality
Physical Capability:
Ability to stand for full shifts and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs
Availability:
Available for a stable, full-time schedule in Burlington, ON
