We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Maintenance and Engineering to join their team at the Burlington, WA location. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-site engineering and maintenance team to foster a high-performance culture, emphasizing excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement a company-wide maintenance strategy to maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support operational goals through effective project planning and execution.
• Oversee engineering projects including installations and upgrades, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Ensure all engineering and maintenance operations comply with applicable safety codes, regulations, and best practices to create a safe and compliant work environment.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Vendor Relations

• Work closely with other departments and manage vendor relationships to streamline operations, optimize processes, and support overall business objectives.

• Annual compensation ranges from $115,000–$130,000, depending on experience.
