Base pay range$78,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

A Quality Supervisor is a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. You will lead and motivate the quality control team, oversee quality control processes, drive continuous improvement. Supervisors also help maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage daily QC team performance and training.
- Maintain and improve quality systems, including ISO standards.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and present quality reports and KPIs.
- Ensure clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Manage calibration of inspection tools and equipment.
- Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support cross-functional projects with Engineering and Manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in Quality Assurance
- 2+ years in Supervision/Management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel and quality tools
- Experience in PV and Manufacturing industries
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and ISO quality systems
- Strong leadership and Communication skills
