Job DescriptionDesigners support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service by welcoming customers, assessing project needs, offering showroom tours, assisting with measurements, discussing room designs, and making purchasing recommendations. They also manage stock levels of samples and brochures and ensure showrooms are appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, designers help drive sales and meet store goals.
