Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage agricultural and commercial lending relationships in the Burlington market
• Structure and grow ag, C&I, and related lending portfolios while sourcing deposit relationships
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with farmers, ag producers, and local business owners
• Represent BANK at community, ag, and industry events

Qualifications

• Agricultural background or hands‑on ag experience strongly preferred
• Commercial or agricultural lending experience preferred; strong candidates with transferable ag knowledge encouraged to apply. Willing to train right candidate.
