Senior Corporate Accountant

The Senior Corporate Accountant will report to the Financial Reporting Manager and play a key role in managing corporate accounting, financial reporting, and process improvements. This position supports monthly close activities, SEC filings, budgeting, financial analysis, and other strategic initiatives across a multinational organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly close activities for the corporate entity, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and performance analysis.
  • Prepare intercompany allocation invoices and ensure accuracy across global entities.
  • Support quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, earnings releases) in compliance with GAAP and SEC requirements.
  • Calculate and allocate global stock‑based compensation using Equity Edge (E
    * TRADE).
  • Assist with technical accounting matters, new standard implementations, and internal control compliance.
  • Partner with auditors to support internal and external audit requests.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline reporting and enhance efficiency.
  • Support ad hoc projects, including goodwill and intangible assessments, system upgrades, and cross‑functional initiatives with FP&A, Treasury, and Investor Relations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
  • 4+ years of accounting experience within large, multinational, public companies.
  • Strong general ledger and SEC reporting experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with HFM, SAP S/4

    HANA, and Equity Edge preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
