• Preparation of complex Corporate returns, Federal and multi-state tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, non-profit organizations, and pass-through entities
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with clients including business owners, high-net worth individuals, and leadership teams
• Prepare gift tax returns
• Preparation of quarterly and year-end tax projections
• Prepare and maintain tax work papers
• Researching Federal, state, and sometimes international tax issues

• BA/BS degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university required; MST preferred
• 3+ years of Tax experience with a public accounting firm
• CPA or interested in pursuing CPA
• Experience with CCH / Prosystems is a plus
• Knowledge of Federal, State and Local tax laws
• Experience in preparing individual, partnership and entity returns required
• Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
