We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Revenue Accountant to join our growing finance team in Boston. This hybrid role (2 days in‑office) will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, while also supporting SEC reporting and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for working in a fast‑paced, public company focused on cyber resilience.

• Lead and support the monthly and quarterly revenue close process, including preparation of revenue‑related journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, particularly ASC 606, and internal revenue recognition policies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Legal, and FP&A to review customer contracts and identify revenue implications.
• Assist with the preparation of SEC filings (10‑Q, 10‑K, etc.), including revenue disclosures and supporting documentation.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls over revenue recognition and financial reporting in accordance with SOX requirements.
• Support external audits and coordinate with auditors on revenue‑related matters.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Participate in system enhancements and automation initiatives related to revenue and reporting processes.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in revenue recognition and financial reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA strongly preferred.
• 3‑5 years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong focus on revenue recognition and SEC reporting.
• Experience in a public accounting firm and/or publicly traded technology company (preferably SaaS or cybersecurity).
• Solid understanding of US GAAP, ASC 606, and SOX compliance.
• Familiarity with Net Suite or similar ERP systems and revenue automation tools (e.g., Net Suite ARM, Zuora, Aptitude) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

This position has a starting base salary range of $72,000 to $90,100 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is also eligible for bonus.
