Property Accounting Manager - Hybrid

A highly successful Real Estate Investment Company located in the Burlington area is looking for a Property Accounting Manager to join its growing team in a high-level contributing role. This locally owned company has recently completed several acquisitions and continues to expand, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to step into a high-impact role. The Property Accounting Manager will oversee with the third-party property manager’s accounting team reviewing and analyzing monthly financial statements, including all supporting schedules and work papers.

Will also be involved with portfolio treasury activities, cash management, accuracy of property rent rolls, financial reports, budgets and capital project requisition process. BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA certification preferred. 8-10+ years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably within commercial real estate operating companies (multi-entity) or private equity real estate firms.  I’ve placed folks here before so can attest to great working culture, casual environment, good people to work with every day.
