As a Picklr team member, you'll be at the centre of it all, ensuring every member and guest has an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door.
- Competitive hourly pay ($18 base) plus unlimited commission potential, including 12% on merchandise and sponsorship sales.
- A free Picklr Membership (valued at $1,548 annually) once performance goals are achieved.

- Guest Services & Check‑In:
Greet every visitor with energy and professionalism. Handle check‑ins, process payments, and answer general questions. - Tours & Sales:
Provide engaging tours of the facility, highlighting premium courts, programs, and amenities. Share membership options and encourage new sign‑ups with enthusiasm and confidence. - Scheduling & Coordination:
Assist with registration for clinics, leagues, lessons, and tournaments. Help members stay connected with the right programming. - Retail & Pro Shop Operations:
Support merchandise sales, restock inventory, and help members find the right gear and apparel. - Hospitality & Facility Care:
Maintain food and beverage areas, keep the club clean, and ensure the environment is always inviting. - Member Engagement:
Build relationships with regulars, answer calls, and support members so they feel part of The Picklr community.
- Professionalism & Reliability:
Show up on time, take initiative, and carry yourself with confidence. - Communication
Skills:
Speak clearly and with enthusiasm in greeting guests, giving tours, or explaining membership packages. - Team Mindset:
Work well with others, supporting leadership and fellow team members to create a seamless experience. - Adaptability:
Switch gears from sales to cleaning to problem‑solving as needed. - Passion for People & Service:
Enjoy helping others, building connections, and creating moments that matter.
Experience in customer service, sales, sports, or hospitality is preferred but not required. What matters most is your energy, willingness to learn, and dedication to excellence.
