Qualifications
• MD or DO (or international equivalent), Board Certified in a surgical specialty
• Eligible for Massachusetts medical license
• Qualified for appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor
• Minimum of 7 years of academic surgical leadership experience
• Proven excellence in clinical care, teaching, and research
• Strong record of strategic, operational, and people leadership
