Salary: Based on experience and local market, with potential bonus/commission.
Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality optometric care and services to patients.
- Establish a positive doctor‑patient relationship.
- Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
- Ensure patients receive accurate diagnoses and appropriate recommendations.
- Create exceptional value in patients’ lives by delivering excellent patient/customer service and executing the Pearle Vision neighborhood eye‑care experience.
- Collaborate with the licensed operator’s store team and Pearle Vision brand leadership to build a safe and motivating work environment that encourages commitment, innovation, and growth.
- Maintain office quality systems.
- Help ensure Pearle Vision is known as a leading optical provider within the community.
- Graduate of an accredited school of optometry.
- Licensed to practice optometry in the state of the practice location.
- DPA and TPA certified.
- Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.
