We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Early Career / Trainee with an aerospace or engineering background to join our Burlington, MA HQ
. This is a 100% in-office role designed for someone who wants to launch a sales career while leveraging their technical knowledge.

• Research, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities in aerospace, turbo machinery, and energy sectors
• Conduct outreach via email, phone, and Linked In to generate qualified leads
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to communicate technical value to prospects
• Track leads and maintain accurate CRM records
• Learn and grow in a fast-paced, technical sales environment

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related Engineering
• Familiarity or interest in aerospace systems, turbo machinery, or energy technologies
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a collaborative office environment
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.) a plus
