Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $19.20/hr

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; 3‑6 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education or experience acceptable.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Effective presentation of information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Lead assigned Engage Life programs that enhance resident lives.
  • Offer adequate and diversified recreational activities with sufficient supervision.
  • Develop programs for residents, including those confined to their rooms.
  • Engage and motivate residents, resulting in program participation.
  • Inform residents of upcoming activities and maintain current schedule on bulletin board.
  • Greet new residents, make a special effort to include them in activities and introduce them to others with similar interests.
  • Assist in planning parties and activities, decorating the community for holidays and seasonal events, and planning monthly birthday parties.
  • Assist in Bright Beginnings housewarmings.
  • Support and actively participate in the community’s census building initiatives.
  • Maintain records of all activities, resident participation levels, and acceptance of each activity as required by state law.
  • Assist Engage Life Director in enlisting volunteers for the activities program.
  • May drive company vehicle from community to social and other various destinations as required.
  • Perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
