Our Burlington Home is looking for Direct Support Professionals to join its team!
Job Title:Direct Support Professional
About Burlington Home:Come support an amazing group of individuals in their own home. Working in Burlington is the perfect balance of providing in‑home nursing supports while also enabling residents to go out and enjoy their community. While many of the individuals are non‑verbal, each has their own unique and fun way of expressing themselves, some using assistive technology. The residents love hosting movie nights with their big projector screen, and in the summer, they enjoy completing outdoor yard projects.
Direct Support Professionals in this home will need to provide hands‑on personal care to our female residents.
- Provide Direct Care and support the clinical and social needs of the individuals receiving services.
- Document accurately and thoroughly including in Inter‑Team Communication Logs, Health Records, Daily Data Books and Fire Drill Logs as outlined in Northeast Arc Policy and Procedures.
