Allied Travel Careers  is working with Windsor Healthcare Recruitment Group, Inc. to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Burlington, Massachusetts, 01805!

Outpatient Physical Therapist to work at our largest Outpatient Clinic at 67 South Bedford St in Burlington.

Shift: clinic is open Mon-Thurs 7am-7:30pm and Friday 7am-5pm. Required to work a minimum of 2 evenings Often allowed to work either 4-10hr days or 5-8hr days. If 4-10hr days, we need to look at schedules and decide which day off. (Usually Tues or Thurs.) Free onsite parking Requirements: MA PT license and BLS required. Experience/

Qualifications:

3+ yrs in an Outpatient PT setting. EPIC experience helpful. Caseload consists of mostly adult population with Ortho, Neuro and Vestibular dx. Shift: clinic is open Mon-Thurs 7am-7:30pm and Friday 7am-5pm. Required to work a minimum of 2 evenings Working with a Team of 16 PT's in a diverse setting. Expected to see 11-12 patients in an 8hr shift. Graduate from certified PT program MA PT License and BLS required.

Facility is not accepting local candidates. BILH Coversheet Required Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year. COVID Vaccines + Booster required at time of submission.  flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted). If candidate does not have current flu vaccine, we will accept an attestation stating they will receive it prior to start.
