Your Role and ImpactAs a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

Schedule:
Full control over when and where you supervise your cases. - Administrative Support: Dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing, leaving you more time for clinical care.
Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA treatment; supervise and train behavior technicians; collaborate with interdisciplinary team (occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics, etc.); develop individualized care plans; ensure quality of care and outcome-based reimbursement.
Qualifications and Requirements- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification.
- Hourly: $70 - $80.
- Hybrid Role: Up to 50% remote; telehealth used when clinically effective.
- License Reimbursement: Covers BCBA license renewal.
