• Healthcare Setting: Nursing Float Pool – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Contract Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
• Start Date: November 24, 2025
• End Date: February 21, 2026
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours per Week: 36 hours (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)
• Shift Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (Days: 7a-7:30p, Nights: 7p-7:30a; rotates every 4 weeks)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,470 - $2,540
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (Days: Sat/Sun; Nights: Fri/Sat/Sun)

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact state (required)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Progressive Care Unit or acute care nursing experience
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications preferred
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred; required if no prior travel nursing experience
• Must be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for at least 6 months (permanent, per diem, or contract)
• Ability to pass day-one clinical competency testing

• Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit, maintaining nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:3-5
• Float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other clinical boarding units as needed
• Participate in rotating shifts and float assignments in 4-hour blocks
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective patient care
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and clinical outcomes
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
