Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Part Time

Burlington, MA and surrounding areas (Hybrid option available).

• Hourly: $70 - $80
• Flexible Hybrid Role: Up to 50% of this role can be done remotely, allowing you to balance clinical work and administrative tasks on your terms. Telehealth is determined by the BCBA when clinically effective for the client and BT.

As a BCBA at Cortica, you will oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You will lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and empower them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

• Administrative Support: Dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing, leaving you more time to focus on clinical care.

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
