Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Part Time

Burlington, MA and surrounding areas (Hybrid option available).

As a BCBA at Cortica, you will oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You will lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and empower them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

Full control over when and where you supervise your cases. - Administrative Support: Dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing, leaving you more time to focus on clinical care.
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
