About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director of Clinical Operations
- Massachusetts to lead our clinical operations team in Burlington, Massachusetts. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of multiple senior living and care facilities, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional resident/patient outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving quality improvement initiatives, facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Lead and manage a team of clinical leaders, caregivers, and support staff across multiple facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
- Develop and implement clinical operations strategies to drive quality improvement, reduce readmissions, and enhance the overall resident/patient experience
- Collaborate with facility leaders to develop and manage budgets, capital plans, and staffing models to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct regular facility inspections and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, hospitals, and insurance companies to ensure seamless referrals and transitions
- Participate in regional and national quality improvement initiatives, sharing best practices and innovations to drive excellence in care delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical operations leadership, with a focus on skilled nursing
- Strong knowledge of current healthcare regulations, standards, and industry trends
- Proven track record of driving quality improvement initiatives and reducing readmissions
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
