We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents, enhancing their quality of life.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents, enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Follow and document changes in Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents
- Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with families and care team members
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Paid training and opportunities for career growth
- Competitive pay range: $18.92 - $23.65
