• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with account managers to understand job requirements.
• Utilize technology tools for applicant tracking and relationship management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional communication skills, competitive spirit, and strong organizational skills.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission.
