Human Resource Manager (Onsite | Contract to Hire)
Location:
Burlington, MA (Onsite, Monday-Friday)
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 (annualized)

- Lead recruitment strategies, including reviewing offer documentation
- Oversee onboarding and HR records
- Serve as primary contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution
- Manage employee training, development, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, government reporting, and company policies
- Oversee performance evaluations, HR analytics, and workforce reporting
- Prepare reports for management and government requirements
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and leadership to support engagement and performance
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years HR experience, including 4+ years in management
- SHRM-CP certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance reporting (EEO-1, ACA, affirmative action plans)
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, organization, and conflict‑resolution skills
- Secret clearance or ability to obtain
- Highly motivated, proactive, and solutions‑oriented
- Thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time‑management skills
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement
