Pentera in Burlington, MA, is seeking a People Operations Specialist (hybrid: 3 days in office) to own US benefits and deliver a superior employee lifecycle experience as we scale worldwide.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will manage benefits enrollments, open enrollment, onboarding/offboarding, and build self-service HR resources. You will collaborate with Payroll, Legal, IT, Finance, and HRBPs to keep our global workforce engaged.
