*** Your Impact
**** Implement and develop state-of-the-art generative AI models including autoregressive, State Space Models and Diffusion modelling techniques.
* Leverage your expertise to effectively train, fine-tune, and optimize models that impact Multimodal LLMs, shaping them for optimal accuracy and performance.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams comprising agentic AI scientists, software engineers, and domain experts. By understanding their requirements, you will collaboratively develop customised realtime solutions that combine the prowess of LLMs with other modalities.
* Innovate, modify and transform existing generative models for optimal performance and speed even on resource-constrained platforms.
* Stay fully abreast of the latest advancements, trends, and research in the realms of generative AI, and language modeling, actively incorporating new techniques, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the overall performance of our systems.
*** What You Bring
**** Extensive experience in developing Generative AI models. Hands on experience in developing at least one of the following: encoder-decoder models, decoder-only models, SSMs and diffusion models.
* Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
* Exceptional programming skills in Python along with a strong ability to implement complex machine learning algorithms.
* Proven track-record in developing LLM-based systems (open-source models), successfully working with diverse elements involving conversation systems, vector databases and production systems.
* Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and a collaborative mindset, ensuring you can thrive within our fast-paced and innovative environment.
