Job Overview
Managing a team of Supply Chain Planners to maximize KDP Customer Service by ensuring the right inventory, at the right place, at the right time. Demonstrated experience with supply planning transactions (production, purchase, transfer) informed by strong analytical skills is required to deliver key metrics (Fill Rate, On Time in Full) across all customers, SKUs, and network locations.
Responsible for monitoring the entire order-to-delivery cycle and for working cross-functionally across the supply chain to ensure inventory availability to meet customer preferred delivery dates. Must be highly proficient in end-to-end Supply Chain functions, including planning, order management, transportation, and warehousing, and possess a deep understanding and strong hands‑on capability using SAP ECC and APO. Work with Demand Planning, Sales & Marketing, Transportation, and Manufacturing to create effective production and fulfillment plans, ensuring manufacturing sites or distribution centers are aligned to production and fulfillment plans, and communicate supply constraints back to the organization.
Also develop weekly/monthly supply plans and risk mitigation recommendations as an input to the S&OE weekly meeting cadence. Ability to summarize complex scenarios into logical stories to gain alignment on corrective countermeasures is a critical skill for this role. Additionally, responsible for managing various ad‑hoc projects focusing on process improvements to deliver productivity.
Position Responsibilities- Lead and mentor team to deliver best in class service levels for customers, measured by Fill Rate and On Time In Full Metrics.
- Support, participate, and provide standard inputs for recurring Sales and Operations Planning meetings cycle.
- Act as liaison between Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales & Marketing and other functions, communicating and troubleshooting issues, problems, and concerns.
- Continuously review the sales forecast, analyze production plans and inventory reports, availability/requirements for long‑lead time items to provide production guidance to manufacturing sites.
- Recommend and implement production and transportation actions when products are in out‑of‑stock or allocation situations.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement mindset and evolve team capabilities and process to become more efficient, eliminate waste, and prevent obsolescence.

Total Rewards- Salary Range: $96,800 - $120,000 / year.

- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred in Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- Prior experience with SAP as an ERP system is required.
- 5+ years of Supply Chain Planning and/or leadership experience.
- Prior experience with order management, transportation, and warehousing preferred.
- Experience in root‑cause analysis and corrective action methodology strongly preferred.
- 3 years of direct individual contributor experience in supply planning / scheduling / fulfillment (preferably for consumer‑packaged goods manufacturer).
