Role Overview

Finvi is seeking a proactive and results‑driven Senior Product Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist to support go‑to‑market strategies and execute high‑impact marketing programs for our SaaS solutions. This role will focus on developing compelling product messaging, driving demand through integrated campaigns, and enabling sales with effective tools and resources. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical rigor and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market & Customer Insights: Conduct research on customer segments, industry trends, and competitors to inform positioning and campaign strategies.
  • Demand Generation Strategy: Work with product to define the messaging pillars, core capabilities, and features most likely to ignite demand generation and assist commercial marketing team with executing on multi‑channel campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, events, ABM) to generate qualified leads and pipeline.
  • Product Launch Support: Assist in coordinating cross‑functional activities for product launches, ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets and communications.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Assist in refining buyer personas and value propositions for targeted campaigns.
  • Sales Enablement
    :
    Maintain and update sales tools such as competitive briefs, and product sheets.
  • Cross‑Functionality
    :
    Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams to deliver cohesive product marketing strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Customer Advocacy: Support initiatives to gather testimonials and success stories for marketing and sales use.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Hands‑on experience with demand generation tactics and marketing automation tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and optimization.
  • Familiarity with SEO, paid media, and content marketing best practices.
  • A collaborative team player with a growth mindset.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and writing abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Pragmatic Marketing certification is a plus.
Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role involves regular communication, computer use, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs). Emotional resilience and adaptability are essential to manage deadlines, confidential information, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.
