N‑Able is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to come join us on our exciting journey of growth!
The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Cove is responsible for accelerating growth in the highest growing Data Protection product category at N‑Able. You will need to become a product expert and go‑to person for the Sales and Marketing organizations, with an understanding of the Cove Data Protection and the products that compete with it in the market. You’ll work alongside product management, marketing, demand generation, and sales, PSMs and enablement to drive the understanding of the product messaging and value.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Hybrid position – office attendance in the Ottawa collaboration hub is required.
- Product Messaging and Positioning – describe the product in terms of its ability to solve partner problems, address key use cases, and create crisp and compelling messages that drive market acceptance and growth.
- Content Creation – assist in generating insightful & compelling content (IP, webinars, blogs, e‑books, and other marketing assets) to influence customers, buyers, and industry specialists.
- Customer testimonials and case studies – conduct customer interviews to build compelling case studies and testimonials.
- Support product/feature launch – from creating the value proposition to sales enablement material טשproduct data / fact sheets.
- Go‑to‑Market Strategy – contribute to reaching revenue attainment and growth for individual products and ongoing marketing activities that impact product performance. Customer and competitive intelligence – map customer needs and analyze competitor and alternative offerings in the market, assessing their strengths and weaknesses, and developing a strategy for winning against the competition. Identify and validate urgent, pervasive problems in the market by interviewing customers, recent evaluators, and potential buyers.
- Sales training – assist in designing and delivering training content to help salespeople focus on how to sell the product, not how to use it.
- Event and sales support – provide product expertise for trade shows, webinars, and seminars, including building compelling presentations. Provide ongoing support for the sales channel.
- 5+ years of experience in IT technology marketing, sales, product marketing, or similar.
- Experience with content writing in the IT space.
- Experience with B2B marketing of SaaS products is a plus.
- Execution with a sense of urgency: demonstrated experience influencing cross‑functionally to deliver results that really move the needle.
- Problem solving: demonstrated experience making sense out of complexity and ambiguity and addressing challenges appropriately.
- Superior communication skills: be able to clearly communicate the right information at the right time to the right people. Ability to submit writing samples upon request.
