Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (Travel RN) – Night Shifts in Burlington, MA

• Assignment Length: 8 weeks (January 5, 2026 – February 28, 2026)
• Healthcare Setting: Nursing Float Pool – Medical-Surgical Telemetry
• Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday; every other weekend required)
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2310 - $2470
• Start Dates: Weekly (Mondays)
• Location: Burlington, MA 01805 – Greater Boston area
• Employment Type: Travel RN Contract

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Massachusetts nursing jobs
• Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• ACLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications preferred
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred; required if no prior travel RN experience
• Ability to pass day-one clinical testing (Relias practice tests available)
• Must be able to float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units as needed
• Full 8-week assignment availability required; no time off

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical Telemetry environment
• Float to various units including ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units (floating may occur in 4-hour blocks)
• Manage patient ratios of 1:3-5
• Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in weekly orientation and ongoing clinical training
