Travel Nurse RN – Med Surg / Telemetry

Rang Healthcare is hiring a Travel Nurse RN (Med Surg / Telemetry) in Burlington, MA. Salary: $2,759 per week. Role spans 13 weeks, 36 hours per week (12‑hour rotating shifts: 3×12 days). Start: ASAP.

• Provide high‑quality, compassionate nursing care to medical‑surgical and telemetry patients.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in EMR.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Respond efficiently to emergencies and sudden clinical changes.

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to Med Surg / Telemetry patients.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms via telemetry.
• Administer medications and interventions as ordered.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team on patient care.
• Document assessments and interventions in EMR.
• Educate patients/families about care plans and discharge.
• Respond to emergencies and clinical changes.

• Active MA RN license.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.

Minimum 2 years recent Med‑Surg / Telemetry experience.
