• Assignment Type: Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse
• Unit: Operating Room (OR)
• Start Date: January 5, 2026
• End Date: April 4, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (6:30am – 7:00pm) with on-call requirements
• Hours per Week: 36 (72 hours biweekly guaranteed, excluding on-call)
• On-Call: 3 times per month, including some weekend 12-hour call shifts
• Employment Type: W2 Travel Nursing Contract
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2520 - $2700

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact state
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience in a large hospital or acute care setting
• Clinical proficiency in surgical services, including independent experience in transplant, cardiac, and vascular cases
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Flu vaccination required prior to start date
• No local candidates accepted within 50 miles of Burlington, MA
• Must not have worked at this health system within the past 6 months

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring safety and quality throughout perioperative procedures
• Circulate and/or scrub on a range of surgeries, including transplant, cardiac, and vascular operations
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and promptly using Epic EMR
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotations, including nights and weekends
• Comply with hospital policies, infection control protocols, and safety standards
