Thank you for your interest in becoming a Real Estate Due Diligence Outside Consultant with EBI Consulting! We are looking for Outside Consultants to hire on a per contract basis to perform the following:

• ASTM E2018 Property Condition Assessments, and/or
• ASTM E1527 Environmental Site Assessments

These Due Diligence services will be completed on properties located nationwide. The properties could include vacant parcels, industrial buildings, multi‑family and/or commercial buildings. Interested parties should have at least three years' experience performing ASTM E2018 PCAs and/or ASTM E1527 ESAs.

EBI offers competitive and timely payment to our Outside Consultants. We also have the support of dedicated in‑house professionals to assure each project is easily assigned and completed.
