Border Cafe in Burlington, MA is looking for a qualified Server to join our growing team to meet the demands of our fast-paced, fully operational, full service restaurant. Border Cafe is a staple of the restaurant scene and has been recognized for multiple awards and recognition for quality in food and service. We are continuing to grow daily, weekly, and monthly after getting the doors open to our loyal customers.

• Provide excellent customer services
• Greet customers and present menus
• Make suggestions based on their preferences
• Take and serve food/drinks orders
• Arrange table settings
• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

• Experience as a Restaurant Server
• Experience with any ordering information system
• Critical thinker and problem‑solving skills
• Team player
• Good time‑management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Active listening
• Excellent physical condition
• Customer‑centric
• High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus
• MUST BE AVAILABLE ON SUNDAYS

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $28.00 per hour
