This is a full-time, on-site role located in Burlington, MA, for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, driving sales growth while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets and inventory, implementing marketing initiatives, and enforcing retail loss prevention measures, assisting customers and maintaining Sales KPI. Providing exceptional customer service and fostering a motivating environment for team members are central to the role.

• Strong Store Management experience, including leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, peers, and team members
• Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention principles to manage operational efficiency
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to meet sales goals
  
  Previous experience in a retail management role is highly advantageous
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
